Services Offered

1:1 Coaching & group mentoring sessions are meetings where clients establish & achieve goals through education & skill building. Topics include: holistic health, bullying, emotion regulation, healthy decision-making & problem solving, self-worth series, and more. This service is for those ages 10 and up.

Community Health Worker services include: health education & advocacy, care coordination, facilitation of communication between individuals, communities & health organizations, hair hygiene services, community health presentations, food bank delivery service, resource referrals & wellness checks for students. This service is for organizations & individuals who are school age and up.

One hour individual sessions or 1.5 hour group sessions consisting of assisting 5 students grades k-8 with reading & writing. Individual sessions may take place virtually at home or at the Vzn Ari Wellness office space. Group sessions take place at Vzn Ari Wellness office space only.

These one hour sessions are specifically for high schoolers who have experienced life changing events and/or behavioral health issues or who are looking for encouragement, a safe space to talk, hang or just be around extra support. Members of this group are carefully chosen, due to the nature of sensitive information that may be shared in these groups. There is a limit of 8 participants.

Reiki is the energy healing technique originating in Japan in the early 20th century. It is the belief that the Universal life force flows through all living things. The channeling of energy through hands is used to help clients heal, relax, reduce stress & balance energy throughout the body. Clients are fully clothed. This service is for those ages 18+.

Events include local activities, outings & retreats hosted or attended by Vzn Ari Wellness with the intent to learn, educate & connect with the community.
